Shared Areas Policy
If you book one room in the apartment, you may share the bathroom, kitchen, and
living area with guests staying in the other room.
Seasonal Rates
Winter Schedule: from 15/9 to 30/4.
Summer Schedule: from 1/5 to 14/9.
– There is a specific period with fixed prices, not linked to the traditional annual
rates, from 20/12 to 5/1, with a 30% increase on all prices.
Breakfast Time
From 7:00 AM till 9:00 AM.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-out: 11:00 PM. – Check-in: 13:00 PM.
– Early arrival: Based on availability.
– Late arrival: Must be arranged in advance with management.
– Late Departure: Until 19:00 → 50% charge, After 19:00 → Full rate
charge.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
For one night or two nights, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance.
For more than two nights, 35% of the total amount must be paid in advance.
The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 75% refund.
Cancellation 15 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation 10 days before arrival: 30% refund.
– Forced cancellation due to reasons beyond anyone’s control, such as wars or
pandemics, and when flying is not possible, will result in a 90% refund of the deposit.
– Note: The deposit can be retained for the client’s next trip or used by one of the
client’s friends or relatives upon the client’s recommendation.
Damages & Lost Keys
Any damages caused by guests to the property or premises due to bad behavior or
carelessness will be charged accordingly.
10 EURO will be charged for any lost key.
